Bolt reviews all orders to confirm if orders are not fraud. Before our review is complete, order has "Order is in review" status in prestashop. Please do not fullfill product at this point.
Once Bolt approves order, status says "Payment accepted". You may now ship product.
If Bolt believes order is fraudulent order is automatically cancelled.
By default, Bolt captures payment when order is approved by Bolt. You can change this from module settings
Refunds are best processed by issuing a refund through Prestashop, as the Bolt Merchant Dashboard will not automatically sync with your order management system.
