How to View Fraud Decisioning

View a Transaction’s Fraud Score

  1. Log in to the Bolt Merchant Dashboard.
  2. Navigate to Transactions.
  3. Select an order to open the Transaction Details modal.
  4. Scroll to About this Transaction > Order score.

View a Transaction’s Rejection Reasons

  1. Log in to the Bolt Merchant Dashboard.
  2. Navigate to Transactions.
  3. Select an order to open the Transaction Details modal.
  4. Scroll to Order Decision Details.
