Manage AllPass Subscription From the Shopper Dashboard

You can manage your AllPass subscription from the Shopper Dashboard.

How to Manage Payment Methods

  1. Log in to the Shopper Dashboard from account.bolt.com.
  2. Find the MEMBERSHIP card and select the ellipses icon.
  3. Select Edit Payment.

Delete a Payment Method

  1. Scroll to an existing payment method and select the ellipses icon.
  2. Select Delete.

Update a Payment Method

You cannot change the details of an already saved payment method; you must instead delete the incorrect or expired payment method and add it again with the up-to-date information.

Add a Payment Method

  1. Select +ADD NEW PAYMENT.
  2. Input all of the following:
    • Card Number
    • Expiration
    • CVV
    • First Name
    • Last Name
  3. Select Save.

How to Cancel Membership

  1. Log in to the Shopper Dashboard from account.bolt.com.
  2. Find the MEMBERSHIP card and select the ellipses icon.
  3. Select Cancel Membership.
  4. Complete the brief questionnaire.
  5. Select Cancel AllPass.
