Bolt no longer supports Internet Explorer, as Microsoft has discontinued the browser as of June 15th, 2022. Microsoft recommends switching to Microsoft Edge, as it has a backwards-compatibility feature called “IE Mode” to help onboard Internet Explorer users.

Bolt now supports a gateway integration with PayPal Payflow Pro to support your brand’s global growth.

The Improved

To help merchants reconcile transactions with their alternative payment method providers, Bolt updated the Affirm and Amazon Pay alternative payment method (APM) integrations to include unique transaction identifiers. Bolt now passes the Transaction Reference field as the external reference identifier for all Affirm and Amazon Pay transactions.

Merchants can now send customers to cart or checkout with a prepopulated product via QR Code. Use cases for this include turning awareness ads, billboards and product displays into conversions.
