Bolt protects merchants from fraud by using behavioral data. Bolt covers 100% of orders that we deem fraudulent. These can include a fraudster using a lost or stolen card. We will also cover shopper-initiated chargebacks. Bolt only reviews orders processed by the shopper themselves. Orders merchants place on behalf shoppers are not eligible for fraud protection. Additionally, Bolt does not review edited orders, nor do we cover issues with products e.g., customers receiving damaged or broken goods.
