Manage Your Blocklist
How to add or remove known fraudsters from your blocklist.

Add shopper details to your blocklist to automatically reject transactions originating from these IP or email addresses.

This rejection happens pre-authorization, so it is an effective way of preventing known fraudsters.

Availability

This feature is available to all merchants. Contact your Customer Success Manager to discuss enablement.

How to Add an Email Address

  1. Log into the Bolt Merchant Dashboard.
  2. Navigate to Fraud Protection > Settings > Blocklist > Email Address.
  3. Click + Add Email Address.
  4. Enter the email address.
  5. Click Add.

How to Add an IP Address

  1. Log into the Bolt Merchant Dashboard.
  2. Navigate to Fraud Protection > Settings > Blocklist > IP Address.
  3. Click + Add IP Address.
  4. Enter the IP address.
  5. Click Add.

How to Remove a Shopper

  1. Log into the Bolt Merchant Dashboard.
  2. Navigate to Fraud Protection > Settings > Blocklist.
  3. Locate the IP or email address and click Delete (trash can icon).
