Bolt allows merchants merchants to offer shipping insurance at a flat, static rate, or via Route.
This feature enables shoppers to purchase shipping insurance for their orders.

Set Up Shipping Insurance
You can set up an option for Static Shipping Insurance at a flat fee via the Merchant Dashboard.
- Log into the Bolt Merchant Dashboard.
- Navigate to Checkout > Add-Ons.
- Select Create add-on and select Shipping Insurance.
- Enter the Title, External Reference ID of the Shipping Insurance product/service, and the Price.
