Merchants should place phone orders from within the Magneto Admin Console. Bolt recommends using Magento’s Official Documentation to complete this action.

How to Place a Phone Order

1. Open the Magento Admin Console.
2. Navigate to Sales.
3. Select Create New Order.
4. Add the shopper’s required information.
5. Add the shopper’s products.
6. Scroll to Payment Method.
7. Select Credit and Debit Card (Powered by Bolt) > Continue to Payment.
8. Enter all relevant information into the Bolt Checkout Modal and submit the order.
